Reading With Knights at the Meridian Library Pajama Storytime

Four men in armor, one woman in armor, and one woman with "Every day should be library day!" shirt stand in the Meridian Library District event room.

IAC joined the Meridian Library District for their Thursday night Pajama Storytime for the second time on May 18th. The event was attended well by kids and their parents, who were all very excited to have knights for the themed reading.

The Meridian Library District hosts regular Pajama Storytime nights for kids of all ages and IAC loves partnering with them to teach kids about parts of armor, what it was like to be a knight, and dancing along to some fun songs.

Pajama Storytime is on a short hiatus while they prepare for their summer events, but IAC will be joining the Meridian Library on June 1st for their Summer Reading Kickoff Party.

The Summer Reading Kickoff Party will involve over 30 activity booths for kids and IAC will be performing fight demonstrations beginning at 5:45pm. We hope to see you there!

  • What: Summer Reading Kickoff Party

  • When: Thursday, June 1st 4:30pm-7:30pm

  • Where: Settlers Park

  • All ages!

For more information, see the Meridian Library District website and, as always, our full schedule of events and practices can be found on our Events page.
