Rat Pack Partners With Star Library for Fights and a Movie Night

IAC Rat Pack partnered with the Star library to provide information to kids about knights and do fight demonstrations.

Our portion of the event ran from 6pm-7pm and then How To Train Your Dragon was shown in Star Barn from 7pm-10pm.

Rat Pack taught parents and kids about parts of armor, answered questions, and allowed them to touch our blunted weapons and armor (under supervision) before dueling for the crowd.

Following duels, we answered more questions and allowed kids and parents to take photos with the knights and our equipment before they went into the barn for the movie.

On July 9th, we will join the Garden City Public Library for an All About Armor Event where we will teach kids about knights and do fight demonstrations from 6pm-7pm.
